Use the on-demand OnDemandDataSummarization scheduled job to retrieve summary data for the required connector type if the DataSummarization scheduled job fails to populate the occupancy, environmental, or Wi-Fi summary
reports.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionScheduled Jobs.
2. In the Application Search field, enter <kbd class="ph userinput">Workplace Connectors</kbd>.
3. From the filtered search results, select and open the OnDemandDataSummarization scheduled job.
4. Select Execute Now.
