    Environmental Management Workspace overview

    In the Health and Safety Workspace, environmental management list view displays different types of records, which are as follows:

    List type Description
    Chemical groups Multiple chemicals grouped based on shared characteristics, such as type or usage.
    Chemicals Individual entries that store detailed information about each chemical, including hazard identification, ingredients (with concentrations), related documents (such as safety data sheets), and location-specific chemical items.
    Chemical items Specific physical containers or instances of a chemical stored at various locations, tracked within the chemical management system for inventory and conformance purposes.
    Chemical requests Submissions by employees to obtain or add chemicals, which are then reviewed, approved, or managed by chemical managers through an approval workflow.
    Substances Individual components or materials that make up the ingredients of a chemical within the chemical management system.
    Documents Documents that are added to chemical groups, items, requests, or substances.
    Actions Tasks or steps created and assigned as part of the approval flow to manage chemical requests.
