Define the communication plan, tasks, and recipients that help the agent create a communication task to send out mass notifications.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyCritical Event ManagementCommunication Plan Definition.
2. Add a communication plan by selecting New or edit an existing communication plan.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

4. Select Submit.  
   Note:  
   * You can add tasks and recipient list to the communication plan based on your organizational needs.
