Create and manage Journey Accelerator plan configurations
Create and manage plan configurations that are based on a plan type. Plan configurations are customized for specific employee audiences.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
- Navigate to All > Journey Accelerator > Manage Plan Configurations.
- Click New, or open an existing plan configuration.

On the form, fill in the fields.
Table 1. Plan Configuration form Field Description Title Descriptive title so that managers can identify different plan configurations. For example, Sales Employee Plan Configuration. Audience Group of users. Select an audience so that you can control which specific groups of users can access the plans. Active Option that you can select to make the configuration available for use. Note:A plan cannot be active until it contains at least one stage.Journey Accelerator plan type Plan types. The top-level classification is used to identify different types. Short description Brief description of the plan. Description Detailed description of the plan. - Click Save.

To configure the stages for this plan, click New.
- Select an available stage name.
- Click Submit.
- Click Update.
