Configure Journeys for Now Mobile

    • Configure Journey designer in Now Mobile to enable managers, mentors, and employees to interact with their journeys from their mobile devices.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Plugins: Journey designer (sn_jny), Journey Accelerator (sn_ja), HR Service Delivery for mobile (sn_hr_mobile)

    Assign the Journey to the employee and publish the Journey. See Create a journey

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Journey designer > Manage Journey Configurations.
    2. Click on the Journey configuration name.
    3. Upload an image to appear at the top of the Journey when viewed on Now Mobile.
