The ServiceNow® Journey designer application enables employees and managers in your organization to initiate and manage journeys to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Journey designer uses Journey Accelerator and Lifecycle Events to create a unified journey experience for employees and managers in the Employee Center. Journeys offer a unique user experience. In the back-end, records are created using Journey designer, Journey Accelerator, and Lifecycle Events components to pull together a customized journey for employees.
