    To use this feature, activate the CTI Demo Data for HRSD [com.sn_hr_cti_demo] plugin.

    The CTI Demo Data for HRSD [com.sn_hr_cti_demo] plugin has been deprecated. To provide calling capabilities to agents, you can use ServiceNow Voice for HR Service Delivery. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support knowledge base.
