The WSD for Microsoft places is designed for a workplace user to create and manage workplace services requests. As an agent, you can create, and view service requests, and monitor its progress.
When you log in to the WSD for Microsoft places application as an agent, the application displays all the Workplace services requests under Workplace service topics. You can get details such as the number of open requests. You can also add service requests as favorites to view under My Favorites.

- Heating & Cooling: The launch screen displays the Heating & Cooling request by default. You can submit a request to report temperature issues (too hot or too cold).
- Requested furniture: The launch screen displays the Requested furniture request by default. You can submit a request for furniture or equipment for workplace spaces.
- Badge request: The launch screen displays the Badge request by default. You can submit a request for a new hire badge, badge photo, lost badge, replacement badge, or access issue.

My Favorites is the default widget that is displayed when you launch the application. You can add any service requests to the favorites and then those requests appear under the My Favorites tab.
