  • Create or modify knowledge articles to share information across your organization.

    Before you begin

    Role required: knowledge_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Knowledge > Articles > All.
    2. Select a knowledge article to edit.
    3. Click Checkout.
    4. Make your edits.
    5. Click Update.
