Enable the Onboarding ramp-up trigger to ensure that the workflow runs at the right time during the employee onboarding. This automates plan generation, reduces manual setup for managers, and improves consistency in onboarding processes.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > AI Agent Studio.
2. Go to Create and Manage tab.
3. Select Generate onboarding ramp-up plan from the list.
4. Click Add a preferred trigger.
5. Select Onboarding ramp-up trigger in the Define trigger window and duplicate it.
6. Activate the trigger by clicking on the Active toggle button.
7. Select Employee Center under Portal.
8. Click Save.
