The Legal Counsel Center home page enables you to work with actionable widgets that helps in quickly categorize, prioritize, and efficiently resolve legal issues.
The Legal Counsel Center is the next experience Workspace for the legal fulfillers. It acts as a starting point and gives a snapshot of what is important to the fulfiller. It enables the members of the legal department to categorize, prioritize, and efficiently address legal issues. On the Legal Counsel Center home page dashboard, get a quick overview of the legal requests, legal matters, matter tasks, and pending approvals that the fulfiller is working on and that are newly created or in draft state for your assignment group, which you can assign to yourself and address. The graphical representation of the various metrics and widget data helps you monitor your workload, focus on high-priority items, and easily navigate across your responsibilities. You can view the delegated items that others have delegated to you. Additionally, you can also view trends in open and closed requests and matters over a period of time. Finally, you can use the Your links widget as a bookmark to easily access important and frequently used internal and external URLs within the Workspace.
- The Matters and Matter tasks widgets are visible if the Legal Matter Management plugin is installed.
- To use interview templates, you must first install the Interview Templates plugin (com.sn_interview_templates) and enable the Requested RCA of Interview Templates for Legal Counsel Center application and Legal Matter Management scope. For more information, see Interview Management.
