Create an allegation record for HR Service Delivery Employee Relations in the legacy UI or Agent Workspace

  • Use Allegations to provide additional details for an ER case.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_er.case_writer

    Procedure

    1. Optional: Navigate to the Allegations tab in legacy UI.
      1. Navigate to All > Employee Relations > Cases.
      2. Select an ER case.
      3. Scroll down to the related list and select the Allegations tab.
      4. Select New.
    2. Optional: Navigate to the Allegations tab in Agent Workspace.
      1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > HR Agent Workspace.
      2. Select the Lists icon (Lists icon).
      3. Select an ER case.
      4. Select the Allegations tab.
      5. Select New.
    3. Fill in the form.

      Field Description
      HR case The HR case number associated with the allegation.
      Allegation type The allegation type describing the ER case. Allegation subtypes further describe an allegation. Allegation types are:
      • Customer Mistreatment
      • Discrimination
      • Drugs and Alcohol
      • Fraud and Theft
      • Harassment
      • Interpersonal Conflict
      • Misconduct
      • Retaliation
      • Wage and Scheduling
      • Workplace Violence
      Allegation subtype Further describes an allegation type.

      Your choice of allegation subtype is dependent on what you select for allegation type.

      Description Details about the allegation.
    4. Click Save or Submit.
      If an Involved Parties record of type Subject of Allegation exists, the Subject of allegation field in the allegation record is auto-populated, provided that only one subject of allegation exists.
