You can create actions or findings for every question in the smart assessment questionnaire. For example, to report a hazard observed while completing the smart assessment questionnaire.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_writer or sn_hs_rm.safety_audit_writer

About this task

The actions or finding that are created for the inspections and audits through the Mobile Agent app gets synced with the workspace.

Procedure

1. Tap the Home icon ().
2. Select See all for the Smart assessment section.
3. Tap the smart assessment record.
4. Tap the More actions () icon.
5. Tap Actions list
6. Tap the More actions () icon on the Assessment actions list page.
7. Tap the Create action button.
8. Complete the Action input form.
9. Tap the Submit button.

Result

The action record appears in the Assessment actions list page and is synced with the workspace.
