Create Universal Request

    • Create a universal request record on behalf of the requester from the Universal Request application.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_uni_req.routing_agent or admin.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Universal Request > Create New.
    2. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information on the field description, see Universal Request form.
    3. Click Submit.
