    • Install and activate the Moveworks for Employee Center plugin to enable AI-powered conversational experience in Employee Center and Employee Center Pro.

    Before you begin

    Ensure you have the appropriate entitlements for the application.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > Applications.
    2. Find the Moveworks for Employee Center application using the filters and search bar.
    3. Optional: Check for dependencies, if any, in the Review Installation Details dialog box.
    4. Click Install to complete the installation process.

    Result

    The Moveworks for Employee Center application is now installed.

    What to do next

    Perform the following actions:
    • Follow the instructions available at Contact Moveworks and request for JKS certificate file.
    • Check your inbox for an encrypted mail from Moveworks and upload JKS certificate.
