Create and manage Journey types

  • Create plan types to manage the top-level classification for stages and tasks for Journey types, as well as the header views for users.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_jny.admin or admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Journey Designer > Manage Journey Types.
    2. Select New.
    3. In the Title field, enter a meaningful name for the type of journey that you are creating so that it is easily identifiable.
    4. Click the search icon next to a role to change the header configuration for that role.
      These fields contain default plan header configurations for the plan type.
      • View for manager
      • View for employee
      • View for mentor

    5. After you have selected any header configuration you want to change, select Submit.
