Add space recommender rules to a space recommender rule set

  • Add rules to a space recommender rule set based on which qualifying spaces must be calculated when a space assistance request is raised using the Workplace Service Portal. A rule set is a collection of rules.

    Before you begin

    Ensure the following:

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Core > Administration > Space Recommender Rule sets.
    2. Select the space recommender rule set to which you want to add the rule.
    3. On the form, scroll down to the Space Recommender Rules related list.
    4. Click Edit....
    5. On the Edit members form, set the filter option Active to True.
    6. Select the rules by doing the following:
      1. Select the rules from the Collection column on the left.
      2. Move the selection to the Space Recommender Rules List column on the right.
        To move the rule, use the add/remove icon (Add remove time slot icon).
      3. Click Save.

    Result

    The space recommender rule is added to the selected space recommender rule set.
