Assign smart assessment through Mobile agent app
You can assign the smart assessment for an inspection or an audit to yourself if you belong to the same assignment group.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hs_rm.safety_inspection_writer or sn_hs_rm.safety_audit_writer
About this task
- The smart assessment can be assigned only when it was previously assigned to another safety agent or manager.
- This option is available only when you’re part of the same assignment group as the agent or manager to whom the inspection or audit was originally assigned.
Procedure

Tap the Home icon (
).
- Select See all for the Inspections or Audits section.
- Tap the inspection or audit record.
- Tap the Assign to me button.
- Tap Yes in the dialogue box to confirm.
Result
- The inspection or the audit gets assigned to you.
- The smart assessment associated with the inspection also gets assigned to you.
What to do next
You can tap Take assessment to start the smart assessment. If the smart assessment questionnaire was partially completed by the previous safety agent, you can complete the rest of the questionnaire.
