Run the DataSummarization on-demand job

    • Use the on-demand OnDemandDataSummarization scheduled job to retrieve summary data for the required connector type if the DataSummarization scheduled job fails to populate the occupancy, environmental, or Wi-Fi summary reports.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Scheduled Jobs.
    2. In the Application Search field, enter Workplace Connectors.
    3. From the filtered search results, select and open the OnDemandDataSummarization scheduled job.
    4. Select Execute Now.
