Talent Development integration
- Career profile
- Employees can view their goals by accessing their career profile. The career profile contains the Goals widget that displays a card for each goal that was imported from your organization's HCM system. The Goals widget
contains the following tabs that filter your goals into categories, which facilitates fast and convenient access to the goals that you want to view:

- Career Conversations
- Employees can view their goals using the Career Conversations app. The Career Conversations app provides an accordion for goals in the contextual side panel that appears during a growth conversation. When you expand the
Goals accordion, a card for each goal appears.
If an employee shares a goal with their manager, the manager can view the corresponding goal in the contextual side panel during a growth conversation. The goals that appear in the Career Conversations app help the employee and manager initiate a conversation based on a goal that the employee wants to share with their manager. This integration creates convenience for your employees and managers by enabling them to view and reference goals through a single interface during one-on-one conversations that revolve around the employee's growth and development.
- Growth Plans
- Employees can create a growth plan based on an active goal. The Growth plans app displays the three most recent goals when an employee initiates the growth plan creation process. Similar to the process of creating a growth plan that originates from an aspiration or conversation, employees can select a goal that they want to develop into a growth plan. The Employee Goals app enables employees to use a goal as context to start a growth plan.
