Add a workplace room for reservation

  • Add a workplace room for employees to reserve.

    Before you begin

    • Ensure that you have the following details:
      • Workplace data for your organization
      • Data of workspaces that can be marked as available

    For more information about adding the workspaces field information, see Create records for your workplace data.

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Reservation Management > Administration > Workplace Rooms.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Add a room form.
    4. Click Submit.

    Result

    The room is added and is available for reservation in the application.
