  • Use the Now Assist panel conversational interface to report Health and Safety incidents that enables you to engage with live agents, virtual agents, or both.

    A basic Health and Safety incident can be reported using the conversational language through the Now Assist panel. Using appropriate keywords such as health, safety, incident, or injury generates functional responses. These keywords can be configured by an admin on the Health and Safety workspace by navigating to All>Service Catalog>Catalog definitions>Record producers and then editing the Meta field on the Report Health and Safety Incident-Basic record.     Employees can use the Now Assist panel icon now assist panel in the Employee Center home page to open a chat panel to report a Health and Safety incident easily.

    Once the incident is recorded, the Now Assist chat panel provides the Health and Safety incident record number and the employees can view it by selecting My Requests or selecting the record number.
