Journey overview guided tour

  • Use Guided Tours in Journey designer to get instructions on how to perform a task.​ Guided Tours use a series of steps that may span multiple pages. The tour includes links to detailed documentation.​

    Role required: manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Journey overview.
    2. Select a journey and click on Tours.
    3. Select Begin Tour.
    4. Take the necessary action and select Next to progress through the tour.
      For ending the tour at any point, you can select End Tour in the side panel or select the Close icon in the pop-up window and confirm to end the tour.
    5. Select Done after the tour is ended.
