Create an error budget policy to trigger actions, such as sending a notification or creating an incident when the threshold of a service level objective is crossed.

The SR Ops Workspace view is available only if you install the Site Reliability Operations application. You can create an error budget policy using the classic environment as well. To create an error budget policy threshold from the classic environment, navigate to . You can also create thresholds from the Error budget policy thresholds Error budget policy thresholds related list on the Service level objective form.
You can create an action definition to invoke a workflow, flow, or script. To create an action definition, navigate to . You can create actions from the Error budget policy actions related list in the Error budget policy threshold form.
Procedimento

Click the services page icon (
).

Click the Error Budget Policy tab.

Click the Create error budget policy link to set a
threshold which determines when to take an action for your Service Level
Objective.

Click Save.
Any changes to the thresholds or actions are saved only after you click Save at the top of the form.
If you want to edit any threshold, click the policy actions icon (
) for the threshold, and then click Edit
threshold.The required action is triggered when the threshold is crossed.
