SRM system properties

  • You can configure the system properties that support SRM.

    To access system properties, in the navigation filter, enter sys_properties.list, and then press Enter. The System Properties [sys_properties] table appears. Ensure that you have the admin role to access and modify the system properties.

    sn_srm.actions.log

    Controls the logging level for error budget policies action processing.

    Default value: notice

    sn_srm.alert_processing.log

    Controls the logging level for error budget policies action processing.

    Default value: notice

    sn_srm.error_budget_policies.log

    Controls the logging level for error budget policies processing.

    Default value: notice

    sn_srm.sli_slo.log

    Controls the logging level for Service Level Indicators (SLI) and Service Level Objectives (SLO) processing.

    Default value: notice

    List of communication channels (comma separated) used to send notifications to users in the group if no contact preferences are set. You can use the following values:
    • email for E-mail
    • sms for SMS
    • voice for Voice calls

    sn_srm.notification_communication_channels

    Comma-separated list of notification channels to use for team members where no contact preferences are set. You can use the following values:
    • email
    • sms
    • voice
    • Type: CSV
    • Default value: email, sms, voice
    • Other possible values: Any other combination

    Time, in minutes, that the SRM On-call workflows wait to receive user acknowledgement

    sn_srm.acknowledgement.workflow.wait_time

    Time, in minutes, that SR Ops On-Call workflows wait to receive user acknowledgement.

    • Type: integer
    • Default value: 1440
    • Other possible values: As needed
