    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to the Employee Center portal.
    2. Select Browse catalogs.
      The commonly requested catalog items are displayed. For information about catalog items available in the base system, see Catalog items installed with AI-native IT Service Management.
    3. Select a catalog item and specify the required details.
    4. Opcional: Select Save as Draft to save the catalog item request as a draft request to update and submit later.
    5. Select Submit.
