# Delete a service record

Delete a service record if it is no longer needed.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sro_admin, sro_manager, or sro_user

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSite Reliability OperationsSite Reliability Ops Workspace.
2. In the Site Reliability Ops Workspace, use one of the following methods to open a service record.

   | Option | Action to be taken |
   | Lists icon | * Click the Lists icon (![Lists icon.]()). * Select ServicesAll. * Click to open the record. {#sro-delete-service-record__ul_zk4_l25_34b} |
   | Services icon | * Click the Services icon (![Services icon.]()) * Under Services section, click to open the services record. {#sro-delete-service-record__ul_iqy_p25_34b} |

3. Click the More actions icon (![More actions icon.]()) and then select Delete.

4. On the Delete Service confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
