This table lists the
services you own, manage, or support as a team member of the support group that
is responsible for the service. These services are of the following types:
The business and technical services are fetched from the cmdb_ci_service table. Starting from the Site Reliability Operations v14.2 release (ServiceNow Store), the business services are fetched from both the cmdb_ci_service and cmdb_ci_service_business tables. The technical services are fetched from both the cmdb_ci_service and cmdb_ci_service_technical tables. You can use the filter icon (You can't create or delete query-based or technical services in SR Ops, but you can manage these services, in the same way that you can create integration or alert rules for them. |
