    Role required: admin

    Before performing this task, you must request for entitlement for the AI-native IT Service Management application from ServiceNow Store.

    Procedimento

    1. From the header, navigate to the Admin Home page on your instance.
    2. In the Get started with your products section, select Set up for AI-native IT Service Management.

    3. Select the application to install.
      The Application Manager opens in a new browser.
    4. Select Install.
      Nota:
      You can either select to start the installation immediately or can schedule it for later.
      The Review Installation Details window is displayed.
    5. Select Install.
    6. Review and track the installation process.

    7. Select Apply default configurations after each resource installation.
      Importante:
      Do not change the current scope while presets are being configured.
      You are redirected to the Set up AI-native IT Service Management page from where you can navigate to the product configuration console to get an overview of implementation and configuration status.
