Configure the system properties that support creation of SR Ops teams.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sro_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllSite Reliability OperationsAdministrationProperties.
2. Set the following property values:  
   {#sro-sys-props-cfg-quick-start__entry__2}

   | Property | Setting |

   | Catalog Item (sys_id) which is used to Create a Team sn_sro.create_team_cat_item | Set the value to the sys_id of the preconfigured catalog item. You copied the sys_id of the catalog item to the clipboard in the [Activate the quick-start team catalog item](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/JxcErZr7XOi3WWoWPxpu0Q "To create an SR Ops team, users request a particular catalog item. You import and configure the base-system catalog item.") procedure. |
   | Update team subflow name sn_sro.update_team_subflow | global.global__update_team_subflow Dica: Copy/paste the value because it includes two underscore characters in a row. |
