SRM notifications
Notifications are sent to users based on various factors, such as the on-call schedule of the team, team shift, user preferences, and the Notify settings.

| On-call schedule is installed, user preference is defined but shifts are not defined | Notification is sent as per the channels mentioned in the user preferences. |
| If the on-call schedule is not installed | Notification is sent to all users in the team associated with a service.
