Configure integrations and ITSM experiences in AI-native IT Service Management

Enable ITSM requester and fulfiller experiences by completing the essential configurations.

Role required: admin

From the header, navigate to the Admin Home page on your instance.
In the Get started with your products section, select Set up for AI-native IT Service Management.
From the Set up AI-native IT Service Management page, select Go to configuration.
From the Configure AI-native IT Service Management page, configure the following:
- Platform setup and integrations. See the “Configure the Platform module” section of the Jan 2026 - Implementation Agent - Limited Access.pdf.
- Employee experience. See Configuring the employee experience in AI-native IT Service Management.
- Fulfiller experience. See Configuring the fulfiller experience in AI-native IT Service Management.
