  • You can use Now Assist to help triage the incident, generate Resolution Plan steps, and add detailed information to the work notes.

    You can access the Now Assist panel by selecting the Now Assist icon in the incident header.

    Once the corresponding incident chat entry is selected, Now Assist incident triage and resolution includes these actions.
    • Category, subcategory, and CI values filled and added to the work notes.
    • Resolution plan provided autonomously in the work notes.
    • Recommended catalog order link provided to the requester in the comments.

    Incident form created without an associated chat (for example, using Employee Center portal or email)
