    • Refer to a URL quickly from the Service Operations Workspace landing page.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to the Service Operations Workspace landing page.
    2. Under the Quick links section, select add quick link (quick link icon).
    3. In the URL field, specify the URL that you want to refer to.
    4. In the Display text field, specify the text that you want to display for the URL.
    5. Select Add.
