  • Create an on-call schedule for your team to ensure to ensure that dedicated support team members are available to resolve issues as they arise. On-call schedules determine who is on call or available at a given time.

    Role required: sro_admin, sro_manager, or sro_user

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Site Reliability Operations > Site Reliability Ops Workspace.
    2. Use one of the following methods to create an on-call schedule for your team:
      • Click the Home page icon (Home page icon.) and in the My Teams section, click the More actions icon (More actions icon) and then select Create On-Call Schedule.
      • Click a team card to open it in the form view, click the More actions icon (More actions icon), and then select Create On-Call Schedule.
