You can generate AI recommendations directly on the incident form to help resolve the incident, and also summarize the incident to gain an overall understanding of the incident details.
Generating AI recommendations
Based on the short description, the top 4 related results are shown in the AI recommendations section. Results may contain similar incidents, KBs, or catalog items.
You can regenerate the AI recommendations results further by entering more specific information relating to the issue in the AI recommendations field.
Summarizing the incident
The Now Assist Summarize skill is used to summarize the incident, including any activity that has occurred in the incident up to that point. The Summarize button can be selected at any time in the incident.
