The Mobile Agent mobile application runs on the Mobile App Builder mobile platform. Activate the ITSM Mobile Experience (com.sn_itsm_mobile) plugin to enable the ITSM mobile application on your device.
Procedimento
- In your mobile device, go to Apple App store if you are on an iOS platform or Google Play Store if you are on an Android platform.
- Search for ServiceNow Agent.
- Download and install the ServiceNow Agent application.
