    • For an interaction, ensure that related records of a requester are displayed as intended for Service Operations Workspace.

    View the order of the My Requests - Requested item predicate EVAM view config.

    The records related to a requester are displayed when an agent views the requester information in an interaction. For information about agent actions on an interaction, see Work on an interaction in Service Operations Workspace.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Entity View Action Mapper (EVAM) > View Definitions > View Configurations.
    2. From the list of EVAM View Configs, select SOW Related Tasks.
    3. Edit the order such that it is less than that of the My Requests - Requested item predicate EVAM view config.
    4. Click Update.
