The Escalations report displays the escalation sequence and the rules that apply
for a selected date. For each group that you are authorized to see, you can choose
to show either the active roster members or the on-call person.

Navigate to .

Select a value for the For each group,
show setting.

Active escalation members:
Display the on-call persons and catch-all persons in
the escalation order, along with their delay
times.

On-call person: Determine who
is on duty.

Select the start date for the report.

Move at least one group into the
Selected list.
Enter the first few letters of the group into the
Name starts with field to see
a list of groups that start with those letters. Or select
the All groups check box to see the
list of all groups.

Click Run Report.
