View details for a recorded conference call in Service Operations Workspace by accessing the associated conference record as a reference.

Procedimento

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
2. Select the List () icon.
3. Select Incidents > Open.
4. Select the incident record.
5. Select the Collaborate icon () from the contextual side panel.
6. On the Calls tab in the Completed calls section, select the View Recording button.

Resultado

You can view the list of all the conference call recordings related to the incident record.
