Goals are typically qualitative in nature. Goals should be ambitious and are expected to motivate and challenge the teams.

Procedimento

1. Navigate to All > Enterprise Goal Management > Goals.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.
   For field information, see Goal form.
4. Click Submit.
