Manage who can view the newly created categories and lists in the Lists page of Strategic Planning Workspace.

## Antes de Iniciar

[Customize Lists in Strategic Planning Workspace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/P51LJGbchWvL08q5u1nRrw "Add custom tables to the Lists menu in Strategic Planning Workspace.").

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.list.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For field information, see [List Applicability form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/WgMgAU6WyvfgCvLl44Al~w "Learn the field information for the List Applicability form. Use this information to define audience for the newly created lists for Strategic Planning workspace.").
4. Select Submit.
