If Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development 2.0 are activated, the
project manager can manage the stories in a project from the project workbench.

## Antes de Iniciar

Activate Project Portfolio Management and Agile Development 2.0 plugins.
Role required: it_project_manager

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

Manage stories in your project using the Manage Stories option
in the Project Workbench.

## Procedimento

1. In the project workbench header, select the options icon (![Options icon]()) and then select Manage Stories.  
   The Backlog section of the Agile Board opens in a new tab.
2. Select a story to open the Story form in the pop-up window, or select New to create a new story.
3. Fill in the fields on the Story form.
4. Select Update or Submit.
