# Manage non-monetary benefit plans for your planning items in Portfolio Planning {#ariaid-title1}

Create and manage monetary benefit plans to capture the potential benefits while executing your planning items.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_align_ws.spw_financial_user

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesPortfolio Planning Workspace and select portfolio plan.
2. Select a planning item from the Planning module.
3. Select the Non-monetary Benefit Plans related list.  
4. On the Benefit Plan form, fill the fields.

5. Select Save.
