# Define team structure in EAP

# Define Agile structure in EAP for Jira Configuration {#ariaid-title1}

Set up Agile team structures in Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) for teams associated with Jira projects so that imported work items and updates from Jira display correctly in EAP.

## Antes de Iniciar

[Activate Jira configuration in Enterprise Agile Planning](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/9TMvRj6eF6hCnlj4SOmwRA "Activate the Jira configuration so that EAP teams integrated with Jira projects can be shown in the Enterprise Agile Planning workspace.").

Ensure that Application Scope of your ServiceNow instance is set to Strategic Planning.

Role required: sn_apw_advanced.eap_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesStrategic Planning Workspace.
2. From the Settings menu, select Enterprise Agile PlanningAgile structure.
3. Add an Agile Release Train (ART) by selecting the + icon (![Add icon.]()) next to Jira Configuration.  
   1. On the Agile Release Train form, fill in details such as name and description.
   2. Select Submit.
   3. Repeat the action to add as many ARTs as you need.

4. For each ART, add Agile Teams by selecting the + icon (![Add icon.]()) next to the ART's name.  
   If you cannot find your teams, contact your admin.

## Resultado

An Agile structure is defined for Jira Configuration in EAP.
