You can view resource reports that focus on resource availability, utilization, and
allocations.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin, resource_user, or resource_manager  
Importante:  
Resource Management reports is deprecated starting Zurich release. It will be hidden and no longer available for installation but will continue to be supported. For details, see the [Deprecation Process \[KB0867184\]](https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0867184) article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.

Alternatively, resource managers are encouraged to use the interactive Overview Dashboard in the Resource Management Workspace. For more information about dashboards, see [Overview dashboard in Resource Management Workspace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/uNZ2~4DOg95_BsFYjIpd8A#using-rmw__section_v4k_rtg_1fc).

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllResourceResource ReportsResource Reports.
2. On the Resource Reports form, Fill the fields.  
   For a description of the field names, see [Resource Reports form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/yjPuX0kngmUyw177jljfpA "Use the Resource Reports form to generate the resource reports.").
3. Select Run to view the report.
