Perform tests, record test results, and update the test status after test cases are
assigned.  
Testers can perform the following actions in the Test Management application:

* Perform the tests in a test case and record the results.
* Update the test status.
* Report a defect if a test fails.
* Report a blocking issue if a test is blocked.
* Retest as necessary.
* Update the test case status.

If a guided test execution feature is used, any user can be assigned to a test case and can
perform the tests within that test case.
