Set up
and monitor the test suites, test cases, and test plans.  
With Test Management 1.0, you can perform the following tasks:

* Create and maintain the test repository, including test suites, test cases, and tests.
* Create test plans.
* Define test environments, if desired.
* Add test cases to a test plan.
* Assign a tester to each test case.
* Notify testers to begin testing.
* Monitor the testing process.
* Evaluate test results.
* Complete the test sign-off form.
