Add new tables to roadmap preferences and configure their details so that these
tables can be used as source tables while creating a free-form roadmap in Portfolio Planning.

## Antes de Iniciar

[Install Portfolio Planning](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/Gm3JYCblRPRuSrKnmz_HHg "You can install the Portfolio Planning application (sn_align_ws) if you have the admin role.The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.").

Role required: sn_align_core.apw_admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllPortfolio PlanningPortfolio Plan Configuration.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

Use this form to create or update display settings of the planning items for a portfolio plan in Strategic Planning Workspace.").
4. Select Submit.
