Setting up Zoom extension for Omnichannel Callback
Enable your users to request a callback over Zoom by integrating your Zoom account with the ServiceNow instance. You can also enable the account to authenticate requests from your instance by creating a custom OAuth application in the account.
The configuration process consists of the tasks listed in the following table.
