  • Enable your users to request a callback over Zoom by integrating your  Zoom account with the ServiceNow instance. You can also enable the account to authenticate requests from your instance by creating a custom OAuth application in the account.

    The configuration process consists of the tasks listed in the following table.

    Task Description
    Setting up the Zoom spoke for Zoom extension for Omnichannel Callback Integrate your organization's Zoom account with your ServiceNow instance using the Zoom spoke to create Zoom meetings.
    Setting up Notify Zoom connector for Zoom extension for Omnichannel Callback Set up the Notify Zoom connector in Zoom to receive the event information from Zoom.
    Configure a Zoom webhook for Zoom extension for Omnichannel Callback Configure a Zoom webhook in ServiceNow to notify the Zoom Extension app when certain events occur in Zoom.
    Configure the Zoom channel for callbacks over Zoom Enable the Zoom callback channel and specify the host email address for a callback over Zoom.
